CPF Launches Wangari Maathai Award

In commemoration of Wangari Maathai, the Collaborative Partnership on Forests (CPF) will award US$20,000 to an individual who has made significant contributions in empowering civil society, fostering social commitment, promoting networks and improving the valuation of forests in society. The award will be presented at COFO 21 in September 2012.
